Dear Ka-Loadmanna,

We're currently experiencing network stability issues with E-Loading services today, March 9, 2026. This means your loading transactions might be delayed or not be processed.

To avoid any duplicate charges, we strongly recommend holding off on Smart/TNT related e-loading transactions until further notice.

Our team is working closely with our partners to fix this as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will update you as soon as we have more information!
